With over 15 years of commercial investment experience, we believe the best investments are those which appropriately balance risk and reward. Unless otherwise noted, all tenants featured on our website maintain an investment grade credit rating with Standard & Poor's or Fitch (BBB- or higher). In addition, each lease will generally have at least 15 to 25 years remaining term. In today's buyer's market, there is simply no reason to sacrifice quality to obtain attractive returns.
